Dual fixed handles offer both 32mm (skinny) and 38mm (fat) knurled grips in a balanced, medium-diamond pattern for rock-solid control—no center knurl to wreck your shins.
Loading weight onto your bar gets smoother too thanks to the built-in jack and large, stable vertical footprint (7" × 2.5")—so you can tilt, load, and lift more comfortably. This bar is also rackable on most standard power racks, letting you start your sets higher, safer, and smarter.
